Go to the Registration Form horizontal tab to complete the 2011 CTYFL Registration form and Parent Code of Conduct.    You can use your computer to input the information on the registration from prior to printing.  This will help us capture the correct information for emails, phone numbers, and spelling of names.  Please fully complete the form.
 

2011 REGISTRATION FEES:

·$160 for 1 Football Player or Cheerleader.  After 7/31, cost is increased to $195 for 1 player.
 

·$210 Family Rate - (2 or more players same household).  After 7/31, cost is increased to $245 for family rate.
